1. Eligibility & Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- Return request submitted within 60 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact and attached
- Item is not a final sale, personalized, or custom-made product
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made bags
- Final sale items marked as "non-returnable"
- Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at jiangqingtrading@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged/incorrect).
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 24 business hours.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely, include the RMA number clearly marked on the package, and ship it to the return address provided. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
3. Return Scenarios
3.1 Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Style
If you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply don't love the item, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
3.2 Received Wrong / Incorrect Item
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs. You may choose a full refund, free exchange for the correct item, or store credit.
3.3 Damaged / Defective Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with manufacturing flaws, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund, free replacement, or store credit at your choice.
3.4 Lost / Delayed Order
If your order is lost in transit or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately. We will open a trace with the carrier and offer a full refund or free replacement, at your choice, at no cost to you.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 60 days of delivery. You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
- Exchanges follow the same return conditions as outlined in Section 1
- For exchanges due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- For exchanges due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover all shipping costs
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will process a full refund for the original item
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item and approved your refund.
