Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $269.99 or more (before taxes and discounts). This offer applies to standard shipping only and is valid for all eligible shipping destinations.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, inspection, and packaging before shipment.
United States (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Canada / EU / UK / Australia
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5-8 business days
International (Rest of World)
- Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 7-12 business days
Important Notes:
- Delivery times may be delayed during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost.
4. Order Tracking

5. Lost, Damaged & Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at jiangqingtrading@outlook.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or free replacement, at your choice, at no cost to you.
5.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please inspect the contents immediately. If the item is damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return, full refund, or replacement, at your choice.
5.3 Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide you with regular updates. Please note that delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control, but we will do our best to resolve the situation.
6. Shipping Address & Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. We cannot make changes to the address once the order has been shipped.
